Yarrrr, all pirates to the bay!
Primary tabs
TLDR; if your state censors thepiratebay.com, try http://www.br3in.nl (or http://p1r4t3.br3in.nl for extra l33t warez). So BREIN has taken xs4all and ziggo (the two largest dutch ISP's) to court over blocking access to thepiratebay.com and it seems like they won. What this means is the following IP's will be blocked for xs4all and ziggo users:194.71.107.15, 194.71.107.18, 194.71.107.19And the following domainnames will have to be blocked as well (currently unsure on the technical details as to how this should be achieved):thepiratebay.org, www.thepiratebay.org, thepiratebay.com, thepiratebay.net, thepiratebay.se, piratebay.org, piratebay.net, piratebay.no, piratebay.se, www.thepiratebay.com, www.thepiratebay.net, www.thepiratebay.se, www.piratebay.org, www.piratebay.net, www.piratebay.no, www.piratebay.se, depiraatbaai.be, piratebay.am, suprnova.com, themusicbay.net, themusicbay.org, www.suprnova.com, www.themusicbay.net, www.themusicbay.orgThis should effectively block regular access to the site for all xs4all and ziggo users. However, contrary to common belief, thepiratebay does not actually run any trackers, no trackers were included in the court order and so as far as we can tell, the actual torrents shouldn't be affected. That means you don't even really need a VPN to still be able to get your warez, all you need is a server outside of the xs4all/ziggo networks (check) providing a proxy to the piratebay (check). And here it is: http://www.br3in.nlHave fun!
