Onderstaande is een vertaling van een statement van Riseup en May First: Afgelopen woensdag, 18 april, heeft de FBI een server in beslag genomen uit een serverpark in New York City gedeeld door Riseup Networks en May First/People Link. De in beslag genomen server werd beheerd door het European Counter Network (ECN), de oudste onafhankelijke ISP in Europa.

TLDR; if your state censors thepiratebay.com, try http://www.br3in.nl (or http://p1r4t3.br3in.nl for extra l33t warez).So BREIN has taken xs4all and ziggo (the two largest dutch ISP's) to court over blocking access to thepiratebay.com and it seems like they won. What this means is the following IP's will be blocked for xs4all and ziggo users:194.71.107.15, 194.71.107.18, 194.71.107.19And the following domainnames will have to be blocked as well (currently unsure on the technical details as to how this should be achieved):
